Jessica + Adnan - Indian/American Cultural Fusion Montana Wedding

When Jessica and Adnan met just over a year ago, they decided they were just going to be friends. They agreed and headed out to the Butte Folk Festival. After enjoying the good music, they decided they didn't want the night to end and drove up to Hyalite Canyon, where they danced together under the stars.

After that day, Adnan made it his mission to win Jessica's love. And anyone who knows Adnan knows when he goes after something, he will get what he wants, simply by overwhelming you with kindness.

After their relationship became official and serious, Adnan, who's from Bangladesh, told Jessica it wasn't in his culture to propose, as is traditional in the Western World. So when he took her on a date night to the very first restaurant they ate at (Wasabi) and then said he wanted to head up to Hyalite to dance like they had the very first time they hung out, Jessica didn't get her hopes up.

But as the very first snow of the season started to fall around them, Adnan pulled out a ring and went down on one knee. Jessica was so happy, she forgot to say yes.

Jessica & Adnan have faced many challenges in their relationship that most people do not have to deal with. Together they have overcome them and their love is stronger because of it. The love present during their wedding day was obvious to everyone who attended.

The blending of their cultures throughout the ceremony was beautiful and so authentic and Patrick and I were so honored to have photographed it!
